A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL RESOLUTION 1658 REGARDING THE
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CRITTENDEN COUNTY
COMMUNICATIONS CENTER.
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2000, the West Memphis City Council passed Resolution 1648
authorizing the City of West Memphis to enter into an agreement to participate in the Crittenden
County Communications Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis and Crittenden County have been unable to agree
upon the language of the agreement and the agreement remains unsigned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Resolution 1648, adopted by the West Memphis City Council on Apri120,
2000, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
