1ZAN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 876 OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO. 372 AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 876 of the City of West Memphis amended Section Two of
Ordinance No. 372, to allow dance house business within certain areas of the City of West
Memphis; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Ordinance No. 876 of the City of West
Memphis should be repealed;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 876 of the City of West Memphis is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
