AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TORI PERRY,AS CITY FINANCE
DIRECTOR,TO OPEN TWO NEW ACCOUNTS AND CLOSE AN ACCOUNT
AND TO AUTHORIZE TORI PERRY,TRACY CATT AND CHARLES SUITER,
JR., AS THE AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON THE NEW ACCOUNTS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis is in need of authorizing Tari Perry, as City
Finance Director, to open two new accounts with Fidelity National Bank to be named Debt
Repayment and Rescue Act Fund and to close an account with Fidelity National Bank named
School Resource Officer: and
WHEREAS, the authorized signers for the accounts named Debt Repayment and Rescue
Act Fund shall be Tori Perry. 'I racy Can and Charles Suiter, Jr.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Tori Perry, as City Finance Director, is authorized to open two new
accounts with Fidelity National Bank named Debt Repayment and Rescue Act Fund with Tori
Perry, Tracy Can and Charles Sailer, Jr., as authorized signers for these accounts.
SECTION 2. Tori Perry, as City Finance Director, is authorized to close the account
with Fidelity National Bank named School Resource Officer with the account number 1125699.
