A RESOLUTION COMMENDING HUBERT BASS FOR HIS SERVICE ON
THE WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Hubert Bass was elected to serve as Alderman from Ward
Four, Position Two, on the West Memphis City Council where he has served for two
years and has worked with Mayor William H. Johnson's administration of this great
city; and
WHEREAS, Hubert Bass represented Ward 4 in a manner that he felt was
beneficial to the well being of his constituents and focused on his opinion in the form
of resolutions; and
WHEREAS, Hubert Bass for the past two years has emphasized his strong
beliefs in community involvement with emphasis on projects he felt were needed in
this community and area; and
WHEREAS, Hubert Bass's service to the City of West Memphis for the past
two years has included serving on the Budget Commission and Fire Commission;
and
WHEREAS, Hubert Bass has brought to the city an active attitude to all of
his endeavors as a representative of the City of West Memphis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT Hubert Bass be
commended for his service and dedication to the citizens of West Memphis.
