A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ON THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, (APPROXIMATELY 900 RAINER ROAD)
ALSO KNOWN AS THEE 1/2 OF E 1/2 OF SECTION 23, T-6-N, R-8-E, SOUTH OF
RAINER ROAD AND NORTH OF DITCH NO. 17, CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS, CONTAINING 55 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on February 25,
2004, after notice having been published for the time and in the manner as provided by Ordinance
No. 1988, the matter was heard by the Planning Commission and the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change to the West Memphis Comprehensive plan from Industrial
to Residential on the following described lands:
Common Address: Approximately 900 Rainer Road
Legal Description: The E 1/2 of E 1/2 of Section 23, T-6-N, R-8-E, South of Rainer Road
and North of Ditch No. 17, City of West Memphis, Crittenden County,
Arkansas, containing 55 acres more or less
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
That the west Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended from Industrial to Residential with
respect to:
Common Address: Approximately 900 Rainer Road
Legal Description: The E 1/2 of E 1/2 of Section 23, T-6-N, R-8-E, South of Rainer Road
and North of Ditch No. 17, City of West Memphis, Crittenden County,
Arkansas, containing 55 acres more or less
