1781RESOLUTION # ~~
WHEREAS, the Public Works Commission of the City of West Memphis has met and
voted to make a recommendation to the City Council of the City of West Memphis, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the month of May in the City of West
Memphis be designated as City wide Cleanup Month; and
WHEREAS, each Saturday during the Month of May, 2004, the citizens of the City of
West Memphis are asked to place items to be picked up by the Sanitation Department out on the
street curbs, and that the City will provide additional trash pick ups during the month of May,
2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
Section 1. The month of May, 2004, is to be designated as a city wide cleanup month;
Section 2. The citizens are encouraged to place at curbside all items to be picked up by
the Sanitation Department.
Section 3. The City will provide additional trash pick ups during the month of May,
2004.
