AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE WEST MEMPHIS ZONING ORDINANCE 2591,
ARTICLE 5, SECTION 5.1 TABLE OF USES,TO PERMIT THE USE OF
"LABORATORY, RESEARCH OR TESTING' SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF A
SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN THE FOLLOWING ZONING DISTRICTS SC-1, SC-2,IG,
CC,UMU,DTMU-1 AND DTMU-2
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to amend the West Iktoyeh46
Zoning Ordinance,and after notice having been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 2591,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
Wednesday March 30, 2022 and the Planning Commission recommends to amend the West
Memphis Zoning Ordinance 2591, Article 5, Section 5.1, Table of Uses.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the West Memphis Zoning Ordinance 2591, is hereby amended,as follows:
