AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3510 E BROADWAY,PERMITTING A
CONVENIENCE STORE WITH FUEL SALES,IN THE DOWNTOWN MIXED-
USE 2 (DTMU-2)DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission,on
March 30, 2022, for a Special Use Permit allowing a convenience store with fuel sales, in
a DTMU-2, Downtown Mixed-Use 2 District, as required by Ordinance No. 2591,as
amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 2591,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission
on Wednesday,March 30,2022, and the Planning Commission recommended a Special
Use Permit be granted to allow a convenience store with fuel sales at 3510 E. Broadway,
located in a DTMU-2, Downtown Mixed-Use 2 District,with the following criteria:
1. Subject to the attached Site Plan.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing to construct a convenience
store with fuel sales at 3510 E Broadway, located in a DTMU-2,Downtown Mixed-Use 2
District, with the following criteria:
1. Subject to the attached Site Plan.
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed. r/
