A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE TH WEST MEMPHIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FROM RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE TO COMMERCIAL FOR CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on August 25,
2004, the West Memphis Planning commission considered and recommended a change in the
West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Residential and Office to Commercial, of the following
described property, as follows:
Legal Descri tion: Block 9, Lots 1 & 68; Block 11, Lot 71 - 75 & Lots 1 - 20; Block Z0, Lot
1, Lots 11A-11B & Lots 10 & 12; Block 8, Lots 14, 22 & 23; and Block 12, Lots 1-15,
Thompson Subdivision.
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended from
Residential and Office to Commercial, of the following described property:
