RESOLUTION COMMENDING JAMES PULLIAUM FOR HIS
SERVICE ON THE WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, James Pulliaum was elected in 1992 to serve as Alderman
from Ward Two, Position Two, on the West Memphis City Council, where he has
served for twelve years and worked with the administration of three Mayors of this
great city; and
WHEREAS, James Pulliaum has done a tremendous job in representing his
constituents in Ward Two, and all the citizens of West Memphis during his tenure
on the City Council; and
WHEREAS, James Pulliaum has served on the Fire Commission, Police
Commission, Public Works Committee and Budget Committee; and
WHEREAS, James Pulliaum has been known for his progressive, positive
and active attitude in all of his endeavors while serving Ward Two, Position Two;
and
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has been fortunate to have the
service, dedication and outgoing personality of James Pulliaum on the West
Memphis City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS that James Pulliaum be
commended for his service and dedication to the citizens of West Memphis.
