Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive plan from Residential to Commercial and the City Council finds that the
recommended change in the Comprehensive plan should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MF.MPHTS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to Commercial with respect to
Lut 71, l~i.L. Thutt~psutt'a Subdivision to the City of West ILieittplus
Arkansas as shown of Plat Book 460, Page 677, in the office of
the Circuit Court Clerk and Irx-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County,
Arkansas, also known as 611 Graham Street, West Memphis, Arkansas
