A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 300, 302 N. 14th STREET FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on July 29, 1998,
the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Residential to Commercial on the following described lands:
300 - 302 N. 14th Street, Lots 5 and 6, Block 18, ML Thompson Subdivision 1st Addition
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended from Residential to Commercial with
respect to:
300 and 302 N. 14th Street, Lots 5 and 6, Block 18, ML Thompson subdivision 1st Addition.
