A RESOLUTION TO RENAME WASHINGTON STREET A5 SHOWN IN SHADY
GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION REPEAT OF LOTS 17,18, AND 19 OF THE J. C.
RAWER SUBDIVISION OF SW 1/4 AND W 1/Z OF SE 1/4 SECTION 10, T-6-N, R 8-E,
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 13 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT CLERK OF CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the designation of Washington Street in Shady Grove Park Subdivision
Replat of Lots 17,18, and 19 of the J. C. Rainer Subdivision of SW 1/4 and W 1/Z of SE 1/4
Section 10, T-6-N, R 8-E, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 13 in the Office of the Circuit
Court Clerk of Crittenden County, Arkansas, has created confusion which should be
resolved to assist emergency personnel and the motoring public in general:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Washington Street in Shady Grove Park Subdivision Replat of Lots
17,18, and 19 of the J. C. Rainer Subdivision of SW 1/4 and W 1/2 of SE 1/4 Section 10, T-
6-N, R 8-E, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 13 in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of
Crittenden County, Arkansas is hereby renamed Shady Grove Street.
