A RESOLUTION TO CLARIFY THE TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF
RESUMES FOR APPOINTMENTS TO CITY BOARDS OR
COMMISSIONS.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council has requested that resumes of those
individuals to be nominated to serve on city boards and commissions be provided prior to their
nomination; and
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council desires to have such resumes filed with the
Mayor's Office no later than the date and time established as the cut offfor the agenda for the
re~,ularly scheduled meeting of the West Memphis City Council which precedes the meeting at
which such nominations are to be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT resumes of those individuals to be
nominated to serve on city boards and commissions shall be filed with the Mayor's Office no later
than the date and time established as the cut off for the agenda for the regularly scheduled meeting
of the West Memphis City Council which precedes the meeting at which such nominations are to
he made.
