RESOLUTION NO. _J_.~_3~ A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE WEST MEMPHIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE SHADY GROVE ANNEXED AREA FROM AGRICULTURAL AND UNDEVELOPED PROPERTY, TO INDUSTRIAL AND TRANSITIONAL.
