A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY TO BUDDY SUITER.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis advertised for competitive bids for the sale of
certain real property described as the South 166.3 feet of Lot 24 Horsly Subdivision to the City of
West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the bids were opened and read at a meeting of the City Council and referred
to the West Memphis Utility Commission which accepted Buddy Suiter's bid of $22,350.00; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Clerk should be authorized to execute a deed
without warranty for the sale of the above described property to Buddy Suiter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a deed without warranty for the sale of the above described
real property to Buddy Suiter.
