A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE WEST MEMPHIS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS:
LOT 9 OF BONDS SURVEY OF IRREGULAR LOTS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106. RERECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3,
PAGE 322, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT CLERK &
EX-OFFICIO RECORDER OF CRITTENDEN COUNTY,
ARKANSAS FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
~"' WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on Wednesday, March 29, 2000, the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family
Residential, on the following described property, Lot 9 of Bonds Survey
of Irregular Lots recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 106 and re-recorded in
Plat Book 3, Page 322, in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk &
Ex-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas.
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is
hereby amended from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family
Residential, for the following described land, Lot 9 of Bonds Survey of
Irregular Lots recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 106 and re-recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 322, in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk & Ex-Officio
Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas.
SECTION II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
