A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE WEST MEMPHIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FROM COMMERCIAL TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL FOR CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED ON MONROE AVE..
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on May
31, 2000, the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West
Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Commercial to Residential, of the following described
property, as follows:
Common Address: 2414 - 2416 and 2500 - 2502 Monroe Ave.
Legal Discription: Lots 1-2, Block 2 and Lots 15-15, Block 1, Kendal Subdivision
5th Addition
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended
from Commercial to Single Family Residential for the following described property:
Common Address: 2414 - 2416 and 2500 - 2502 Monroe Ave.
Legal Discription: Lots 1-2, Block 2 and Lots 15-15, Block 1, Kendal Subdivision
5th Addition
