A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE WEST MEMPHIS-MARION TRANSPORTATION
STUDY 2025 LONG RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN AS THE WEST MEMPHIS
MASTER STREET PLAN.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Planning commission in cooperation with the West
Memphis Metropolitan Planning Organization has held public hearings and recommends the
adoption of the West Memphis-Marion Area Trasportation Study 2025 Long Range
Transportation Plan dated July 2000 for the City of West Memphis and its environs, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the West Memphis Plannin Commission that the West
Memphis-Marion Area Transportation Study 2025 Long Range Transportation Plan and related
cross-sections and descriptions serve as the West Memphis Master Street Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the West Memphis-Marion Area Transportation Study 2025 Long
Range Transportation Plan is hereby adopted as the West Memphis Master Street Plan.
