WHEREAS, there are presently vacancies upon the West Memphis
Utility Commission and certain members' terms of office have
expired, and
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the City Council of the City

of West Memphis to appoint the members of the West Memphis Utility
Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the West Memphis City
Council nominate and consider persons to be appointed to fill
the vacancies and expired terms on the West Memphis Utility
Commission.
