AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 18, M.L.
THOMPSON SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS AS SHOWN BY PLAT RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 160, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT CLERK & EX-OFFICIO RECORDER OF CRITTENDEN
COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO C-2, OPEN DISPLAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
Commission to rezone the hereinafter described property, and
after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 715, as amended, the
matter was heard by the City Planning Commission, and the
Planning Commission recommended that the application be
approved and the City Council finds that such application
should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit.
Lots 5 and 6, Block 18, M. L. Thompson Subdivision,
1st Addition to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas
as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 160,
in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk &
Ex-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas
with a physical address of 300 and 302 North 14th
Street, West Memphis, Arkansas.
be, and the same is hereby rezoned as C-2, Open Display
Commercial District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
