A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF A LIEN FOR
GRASS CUTTING SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS.

WHEREAS, Resolution 13:12 adopted by the West Memphis City
Council certified charges to be placed as a lien against certain
property within the City of West Memphis, including that property
located at 600 - 602 South 1JtY, ~treNt, Soutt, 1/~? of Lot 1, Blk.
160, Kendal, far grass cutting services performed by tt-e City of
West Memphis pursuant to Ordir,ar~ce 1383; ar,cJ
WHEREAS, Resolution 13~~ certified charges of S 69.81 to be
placed as a lien against, the property awned by Freddie Darnell
Rucker- at 600 - 602 South 19th Street, South 1/2 of Lot 1, Hlk.
160, 1{endal; in West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Code Enforcement
Office that the r,ot:ices

WHEREAS, it i5 the recurnmendation of the Code Enforcement
Office that the liens placed against the property located at 600 -
602 South 19th Street, South 1/2 of Lot 1, Blk. 160, Kendal,
is Freddie Dart,eil Rucker , West Memphis, Arkansas by Resolution
1332 be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:

1. The liens imposed by Resolution 1C32 pursuant to the
authority of Ordinance 138~~ against the property owned by Freddie
Darnell Rucker at 6C)O - 60~' South 19th Street, ~~outh 1/2 of Lot 1,
Blk. 160, Kendal, ir7 West Memphis, Arkansas, are hereby authorized
to be removed;
2. The Code Enforcement O:Lfice is directed to forward a
copy of this Resolution to the Crittenden County Tax Collector's
Office ar,d to t},e pr,:~perty owner.
