RESOLUTION KO. (-385
A RESOLUTION TO ArIEND RESOLUTION 1368 REGARDING THE RECOMMENDED
ACTION FOR A STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 3510 EAST BROADWAY, CRINER'S
MOTEL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS.
WHEREAS, Resolution 1368 adopted by the West Memphis City
Council declared the one (1) story brick building shown as
Exhibit "A" on the property located at 3510 EAST Broadway also
known as part of lot 11 and 12, Walker Estates S/D was considered
hazardous and recommended action was such structure be demolished;
and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has reinspected the one (1>
story building structure and the immediate danger to the life or
safety of any person with respect to the one (1) story brick
building as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, comprising
Criner's Motel located at 3510 East Broadway in West Memphis,
Arkansas, and has recommended the one (1) story brick structure
should be shown on Exhibit "A" to be vacated instead of
demolished;
NOM. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The structures as described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto located at 3510 East Broadway in West Memphis, Arkansas,
and comprising Criner's Motel, are hereby amended to be a vacated
building as recommended set out in Exhibit "A".
