WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, by Hunter Industries,
Inc., a petition to vacate the following easement:
(a) The 10-foot utility easement running through lots 28
and 29 of the Hunter Industries Subdivision, West Memphis,
Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 3 at page
301, in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk & Ex-Officio
recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas and more particularly
described as lying in section 18, Township 6 North, Range 9
East, and being a replat of the fractional parts of lots 24,
25, 28, and 29 of the H. P. Horsley's Addition to the City of
West Memphis, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 1 at
pages 4 and 5 in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk & Ex-
Officio recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas,
and said petitioner prays that the City Council fix a day for
the hearing on said petition:

in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, be set down for hearing

Council Chambers in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, and
that the City Clerk give notice as required by law of the
hearing to be held.
