RESOLUTION ~~
WHEREAS, the Mest Memphis Planning Commission, upon due
notice and publication held a public hearing on July 27, 1994,
and the West Memphis Planning Commission on July 27, 1994,
approved and certified to the West Memphis City Council for
adoption of modifications, the north annexed area, approximately
2357.4 acres, a Comprehensive Development Plan for the City of
West Memphis and its environs;
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF MEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the modified Comprehensive
Development Plan, rhich includes the north annexed area,
approximately 2357.4 acres, as prepared, approved and certified by
the West Memphis Planning Commission be, and hereby is, adopted
and a copy of said Comprehensive Development Plan shall be filed
rith the West Memphis City Clerk.
