• 1. That the Application and Progran Description for the
• Outdoor Recreation Grants Program is hereby approved for
expansion of the Parks and Recreation System.
2. That the Tlayor be and hereby is authorized to submit to
the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism said
' Application and Program Description. -

3. That the Tiayor be and hereby is authorized to provide
_ additional information to the Arkansas Department of Parks
and Tourism. .
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
