A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE.TELEVISED._BROADCAST OF MEETINGS
OF THE WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, facilities are available for the broadcast of the
meetings of the West Memphis City Council on cable television; and
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council finds that public
awareness and understanding of municipal government could be
enhanced through the televised broadcast of the meetings of the
West Memphis City Council; and
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council encourages greater
public awareness and understanding of the process of municipal
government;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the City Council hereby authorizes
the televised broadcast of the meetings of the West Memphis City
Council.
