RESOLUTION COMMENDING MAGGIE BOALS FOR HER SERVICE
ON THE WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Maggie Boals was appointed to serve as Alderman
from Ward Four, Position Two, on the West Memphis City Council
beginning June 4, 1992 and in January 1, 1993 was elected to
said position; and
WHEREAS, Maggie Boals has faithfully served the needs and
wishes of the citizens of West Memphis especially her constitu-
ents in Ward IV; and
WHEREAS, Maggie Boals has been known for her prompt attend-
ance at meetings and maintaining a positive attitude concerning
major issues; and
WHEREAS, Maggie Boals' service to the city of West Memphis
has included working on the Fire Commission, the Public Works
Committee, the Sanitation Commission, the Budget Committee, the
New Fire Station Study Committee and the Port Authority; and
WHEREAS, Maggie Boals has been an asset to the city of West
Memphis and will be missed by all.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT Maggie Boals be commended
for her services and dedication to the citizens of West Memphis.
