RESOLUTION COMMENDING JUDY GOBBELL FOR HER SERVICES
TO THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
WHEREAS, the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch of the
City of West Memphis congratulate Judy Gobbell on her service and
dedication to the citizens of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, Judy Gobbell was elected to serve as Treasurer of
the City and has admirably represented all the citizens; and
WHEREAS, Judy Gobbell while serving as Treasurer of the City
has brought a progressive, positive and active attitude to all of
her endeavors as a representative of the City of West Memphis;
and
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has been fortunate to have
the service, dedication and outgoing personality of Judy Gobbell
as a representative of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS THAT Judy Gobbell be commended for
her service and dedication to the citizens of West Memphis.
