A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1417
~;; WHEREAS, a resolution can not be construed to be of a gener-
al or permanent nature and the organizational chart should have
been adopted by ordinance to be of a permanent nature; and
WHEREAS, all previous Mayor's of the City of West Memphis
have had the authority to change the organizational structure of
the City; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1417 was adopted at the end of the
last administration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT Resolution No. 1417 is repealed.
