ORDINANCE NO. ~Hlo
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE A 5 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LYING
IN THE SE 1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, T-6-N,
R-8-E, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS FROM CV,
CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO I-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
Commission to rezone the hereinafter described property, and
after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 715, as amended, the
matter was heard by the City Planning Commission, and the
Planning Commission recommended that the application be
approved and the City Council finds that such application
should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit.
A 5 acre tract of land lying in the SE
1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4, of Section 3, T-6-N,
R-B-E, Crittenden County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4,
SE 1/4 of said Section 3, then South along
the centerline of Airport Road a distance
of 957.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
then South 89 degrees 49 minutes 10
seconds West along a line parallel to the
North line of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4 a
distance of 600.0 feet, then South a
distance of 363.0 feet, then North 89
degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds East a
distance of 600.0 feet to its intersection
with the East line of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
said point also being the centerline of
Airport Road, then North along the
centerline of Airport Road a distance of
363.0 feet to the Point of Beginning
containing 5.0 acres more or less with a
physical address of 1700 N. Airport Road.

be, and the same is hereby is rezoned as I-1, Light Industrial
District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
