A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM
RESIDENTIAL TO INDUSTRIAL ON PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD AND SOUTHLAND DRIVE,
ALSO KNOWN AS THE 2150-4100 BLOCKS OF UNDEVELOPED
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on
May 31, 1995, the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change
in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Single Family Residential to
Industrial of the following-described lands, and the City Council finds
that the recommended change in the Comprehensive plan should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
That the west Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to Industrial
with respect to:
The 2150-4100 blocks of undeveloped property.
between Southland Drive and Burlington Northern
Railroad, also known as that part of the North Half
(N~) of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 9 East,
lying east of the Ten Mile Bayou, excluding any
part thereof that lies North of the Burlington
Northern Railroad.
