WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on August 30, 1995,
the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Residential to Office District on the following described lands, and the City
council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted: NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended from Residential to Office District
with respect to:
Lots 2 & 3, Block 10, Avandale Gazdens Subdivision
Common Address; 114-11 ~ Dover Road
PASSED AND APPROVED this I5 day of September, 1995
