A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE MEETING OF THE WEST
MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL FOR THE SECOND REGULAR MEETING OF
EACH MONTH TO 5:30 PM AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, regular meetings of the City Council of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, are presently held at 1:30 p.m. on
the first and third Thursdays of each month; and
WHEREAS, changing the time of the second regular meeting
of each month from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. may allow greater
opportunity for interested persons to attend city council
meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The time of the meeting of the West Memphis
City Council for the second regular meeting of each month is
hereby changed from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
SECTION 2. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
