A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ON THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY, (527 RAWER ROAD)ALSO KNOWN AS ALL THAT PART OF
LOT 46 NORTH AND WEST OF CANAL OF BOND'S SURVEY OF IRREGULAR LOTS AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
CLERK & EX-OFFICIO RECORDER OF CRITTENDEN COUNTY, WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on November 20,
1996, the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Industrial to Residential on the following described lands, and the City
Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted: NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended from Industrial to Residential
with respect to:
All that part of Lot 46 North and West of canal of Bond's Survey of
irregular Lots as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 106, in the office of the Circuit Court
Clerk &. Ex-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas lying North of the South
line of the existingCity limit and South of Rainer Road, lying in the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of
Section 24, T-6-N, R-8-E, Crittenden County, West Memphis, Arkansas.
Common Address: 527 Rainer Road
