A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL A LIEN FOR GRASS CUTTING
SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS.
WHEREAS~esolution 1463 adopted by the West Memphis City Council certified charges to be placed
as a lien against certain property within the City of West Memphis, including that property located at 106-124
W. Hamson, for grass cutting services performed by the City of West Memphis pursuant to Ordinance 1385; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 1463 certified charges of $136.16 to be placed as a lien against the property
owned by Mid-City Partnership at 106-124 W. Harrison in West Memphis for grass cutting; and
WHEREAS,it has come to the attention of the Code Enforcement Office that the liens were placed on
the lots incorrectly; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Code Enforcement Office that the lien of $136.16 placed
against the property located at 106-124 W. Harrison in West Memphis by Resolution 1463 be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The lien imposed by Resolution 1463 pursuant to the authority of Ordinance 1385 against the
property owned by Mid-City Partnership at 106-124 W. Harrison in West Memphis, Arkansas, are hereby
authorized to be removed;
2. The Code Enforcement Office is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Crittenden
County Tax Collector's Office and to the property owner.
