A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SELL
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 502 N. 11TH STREET,FOR THREE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,200.00), AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The City of West Memphis owns the property located at 502 N. 11th Street,
in West Memphis,Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, Kimberly Robertson, Jerome Robertson and Lakesha Bradley expressed an
interest in acquiring this property;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sell the property
located at 502 N. 11 th Street to Kimberly Robertson, Jerome Robertson and Lakesha Bradley for
Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200.00).
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
