AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR KIDS FOR THE
FUTURE AT 205 INGRAM BLVD.,PERMITTING AN INSTITUTION FOR
CHILDREN IN A R-4, MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on,
January 29, 2020, for a Special Use Permit allowing an Institution for Children in a R-4
Medium Density Residential District, at 205 Ingram Boulevard as required by Ordinance
No. 1988, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Pla ping
Commission on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, and the Planning Commission
recommended approval of a Special Use Permit for an Institution for Children in a 1-4
Medium Density Residential District.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
205 Ingram Blvd.
West Memphis, AR
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit for an Institution for
Children at 205 Ingram Blvd., in a R-4 Medium Density Residential District.
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
