A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE WEST MEMPHIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM
COMMERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL FORA 8.95 PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 9,
T-6-N, R-9-E WILSON-RICH INDUSTRIAL PARK, ALSO KNOWN AS LOTS 3A,3B,AND
3C, WILSON-RICH INDUSTRIAL PARK, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on March 26,
1997, the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan of the lands hereinafter described from Commercial to Industrial, and the
City Council finds that the recommended changes in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended from Commercial to Industrial
with respect to:
Lots 3-A, 3-B and 3-C, Wilson-Rich Industrial Park, also described as: A 8.95 acre tract
of land lying in Section 9, T-6-N, R-9-E, West Memphis, Arkansas.
