Councilor:Catt made the motion, seconded by Councilor Croom to table"the
permission request indefinitely. Upon voice vote, voting was unanimous-to
Table'Indefinitely.

Advertising'85 Promotion•,Commission: Councilor Melanie Hutchinson_
presented the Advertising '85 Promotion Commission report""Councilor-:
Hutchinson said that'CVB Director, Jim Jackson presented the A B&:.P
`financials.-to the commissioners. Mr: Jackson noted:that collections being down..
in September by 13% was a'fl.uke'and noted that in-October collections came.in
up by=63%o-and 50% over this,time last year. Mr. Jackson said that the city lost
a few--,restaurants. Asian Fusion, Chicken Coop and Toast.."Mr. Jackson said
that"collections are good,; and theyy are way ahead of:the budget Mr."Jackson.
introduced Ms: Cindy:Cogbill,, Director of.Strategic Operations, Overton Park •
Shell to:the commission. Ms. Cogbill- spoke to the commission about ideas`for
putting on shows that.would eventually lead to some type of festival•for'West
Memphis.

' CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Councilor Tracy Catt said the West Memphis
Chamber report was on file in.the City Clerk's Office.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Mayor McClendon said the council will meet at 4:00
p.m. on Monday December 5, 2022, in the City Council Chambers to finalize
the budget and asked that everyone be present.

Catt made the motion, seconded by Councilor Charles Wheeless to adjourn.
Upon voice-vote, voting was unanimous to adjourn: The meeting adjourned at
