AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 N MISSOURI STREET,PERMITTING A
LABORATORY FACILITY,IN THE DOWNTOWN MIXED-USE-1(DTMU-1)
DISTRICT. r
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission,on
March 30,2022, for a Special Use Permit allowing laboratory facility, in a DTMU-1,
' Downtown Mixed-Use 1 District, as required by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 2591,as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday,March 30,2022 and the Planning Commission
recommended a Special Use Permit be granted to allow a laboratory facility at 110 N
• Missouri Street,located in a DTMiJ-1,Downtown Mixed-Use 1 District
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing a laboratory facility at 110
N Missouri Street, located in a DTMU-1,Downtown Mixed-Use 1 District.
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
