AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 2, 3 AND THE N 1/2 OF LOT 4,
BLOCK 8, M.L. THOMPSON 2ND ADDITION SUBDIVISION, ALSO
KNOWN AS 415 PINE STREET AND 411 PINE STREET FROM MRM
MIXED RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DISTRICT TO MRH MIXED
RESIDENTIAL HIGH.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the
hereinafter described property, and after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City
Planning Commission on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, and the Planning Commission
recommended to approve the application to rezone the following property from MRM Mixed
Residential Medium District to MRH Mixed Residential High.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in the City of West
Memphis, Crittenden County,Arkansas, to wit:
Lot 2, 3 and the N %2 of Lot 4, Block 8, M.L. Thompson 2°a Addition Subdivision also
known as 415 Pine Street and 411 Pine Street.
SECTION Il: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
