ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
/ • PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 LANCASTER , PERMITTING A DUPLEX IN A
MRM MIXED RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM ZONING DISTRICT.
+ WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on
April 26, 2023, for a Special Use Permit allowing a Duplex, as required by Ordinance
No. 2591, as amended.

WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by OrdinanceNo. 2591, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, and the Planning Commission
recommended a Special Use Permit be granted to allow a Duplex at 1201 Lancaster,
• located in a MRM, Mixed Residential Medium.

NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
1201 Lancaster
West Memphis, Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing a Duplex at 1201 ,
Lancaster, located in a MRM, Mixed Residential Medium with the following criteria: .
1. Subject to and in accordance with the attached Site Plan.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
