AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 514 S 4th, PERMITTING A VEHICLE REPAIR
SHOP IN A I-1-C LIGHT INDUSTRIAL CORE ZONING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on
May 31, 2023, for a Special Use Permit allowing a Vehicle Repair Shop, as required by
Ordinance No. 2591, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday,May 31, 2023, and the Planning Commission recommended
a Special Use Permit be granted to allow a Vehicle Repair Shop at 514 S 4th, located in a
I-1-C, Light Industrial Core.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
514 S 4th
West Memphis, Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing a Vehicle Repair Shop at
514 S 4th, located in a I-1-C,Light Industrial Core with the following criteria:
1. Subject to and in accordance with the attached Site Plan.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
