ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A LOT SPLIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
- AT 310 MID-CONTINENT PLAZA,PERMITTING AN OUTPARCEL
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on August 14,
2023,for a lot split which permits an outparcel development, as required by Ordinance No.1999,
as amended; and
WHEREAS,after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided
by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
Wednesday, September 27, 2023, and the Planning Commission recommended a lot split be
permitted;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
310 Mid-Continent Plaza ..
West Memphis,Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a lot split for outparcel development of Lot 1-C of Walmart
Shopping Center,Phase 1, West Memphis, Arkansas, subject to and in accordance with the
attached site plan.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
