ORDINANCE NO. i 6 4. 3
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT KUHN ROAD/SERVICE ROAD,PERMITTING A
125 FOOT MONOPOLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER IN A I-1 LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS,application has been made to the City Planning Commission,on October
14,2023, for a Special Use Permit which permits a 125' monopole*telecommunications tower in
a I-1 Light Industrial District, as required by Ordinance No.2591, as amended;and
WHEREAS,after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided
by Ordinance No.2591, as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
Wednesday,December 13,2023,and the Planning Commission recommended a Special Use
Permit be permitted to allow a 125' monopole telecommunications tower in a I-1 Light Industrial
District. •
. NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
Kuhn Road/Service Rd.
West Memphis,Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit for allowing a 125' monopole
telecommunications tower in a I-1 Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
