A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF FOUR F CORPORATION
FOR PHASE ONE OF A DRAINAGE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE
WORK TO BE PERFORMED.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has advertised for
and received bids for phase one of a drainage project; and
WHEREAS, the bids were referred to the Public Works
Committee for the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reviewed the
bids, determined the low base bidder to be Four F
Corporation and recommended that the City proceed to
contract with Four F Corporation for the work to be
performed under phase one of the drainage project; and
WHEREAS, the bid as submitted by Four F Corporation and
as negotiated with the Public Works Committee should be
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk should be
authorized to execute a contract with Four F Corporation
for the work to be performed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the bid of Four F
Corporation as submitted and negotiated with the Public
Works Committee is hereby accepted and approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Four F Corporation for the work to be
performed under phase one of the drainage project.
