2668 ORDINANCE NO. 419
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A LOT SPLIT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE 10-06-09 WMPHS IRRG LOTS SUBDIVISION,MOUND CITY ROAD.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on January
10, 2024, for a lot split for Lots 1-5, as required by Ordinance No.1999, as amended; and
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided
by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
Wednesday, February 28, 2024, and the Planning Commission recommended a lot split be
permitted to allow the split of two lots for a total of three lots;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
Subdivision-Mound City Rd—FRL E1/4 &E %Z W Y2 N of I-55
& S of RR Less Hwy, RR&Tract B Sorrell Survey(Unrecorded)
dated 10/2000 (This parcel includes Tract A of Sorrell Survey)
Subdivision
and the same hereby is granted a lot split of two lots for a total of three lots in the 10-6-09
WMPHS IRRG LOTS Subdivision, West Memphis,Arkansas.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
