2671 ORDINANCE NO. 26 71
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SUBDIVISION REPLAT/LOT SPLIT FOR W.
SERVICE ROAD/ICROGER DRIVE OF LOT 5,PHASE I AND LOTS 8,9,AND
10,PHASE II OF WALMART SHOPPING CENTER ADDITION AND
DESIGNATING KROGER DRIVE AS A CITY STREET.
WHEREAS,application has been made to the City Planning Commission,on January 4,
2023, for a subdivision replat/lot split for W. Service Road/Kroger Drive of Lot 5,Phase I and
Lots 8, 9 and 10,Phase II of Walmart Shopping Center Addition with established right of way
and designation of city street for Kroger Drive, as required by Ordinance No.1999,as amended;
and
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided
by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
Wednesday,January 25, 2023, and the Planning Commission recommended a subdivision
replat/lot split be permitted.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
Lot 5,Phase I and Lots 8, 9 and 10, Phase II of Walmart Shopping
Center Addition with established right of way and designation of city
street for Kroger Drive, West Memphis,Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a subdivision replat/lot split and Kroger Drive is designated as a
city street.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
