1311RESOLOTION NO. I3 II WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, a petition by Morris H. Fair, Pat K. Magruder, G. W. Sorrells and Caryl S. Sorrells, to vacate the following streets: That portion of Oliver Avenue abutted by Lots 1 and 28 in Block 10, Lots 13 and 14 in Block 5, Lot 28 in Block 9 and Lot 14 in Block 6 of the 3rd Addition to M. L. Thompson Subdivision, in the city of West Memphis, Arkansas, as shown on plat of said subdivision of record in Plat Book 1 at page 184 in the office of the Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas, the portion of said street to be vacated between the railroad right of way and 6th Street, West Memphis, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City Council fix a day for the hearing of such petition and to direct that the City Clerk give notice of such meeting by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the county and having a general circulation in the City of West Memphis: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS: That the S'T"1~ day of IVOUB`W~B~'A. , 1992, at 1:30 p.m., be fixed as the date and time for the hearing of said petition and that the City Clerk give notice of such meeting by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the county and having a general circulation in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
